You have broad rights to use the design associated with your NFT. In the case of Lua, you can do any of the following:
Use the design for your own personal, non-commercial use;
Ownership of the design is mentioned in Lua packaging;
Ownership of the design is mentioned in Lua official website;
Your NFT grants you access to one free sample of the physical product, only within the limits of available stock.
What am I NOT allowed to do with the design associated with my NFT?
There are a few things that aren’t appropriate uses for your NFT. They include:
Use the design to commercialize your own merchandise;
Modifying the design;
Using the design to market, sell or promote third-party products;
Using the art in connection with images of hatred, violence, or other inappropriate behavior; or
Trying to trademark your design, or otherwise acquire intellectual property rights in it.
An official contract including all rights will be given to the NFT holder.
